In the video, we can see her standing on a block and trying to create a balance with her one leg when she was performing the workout. She showed up pushing springs so hard like a pulley with her second leg. 

 

As she has always shared along with her latest Instagram post, she prefers going to the gym a lot. With that, she told us that although sweating at the gym is beneficial but one can also get a lot of muscle work with the help of Pilate Sessions she is having right now. Not only this, she told that Yasmin Karachiwala has been helping her a lot by focusing on one body muscle at a time.

 

With all her hard work and gym schedule she has become a role model for us.
